At Ness'Treats Bakery, I put my heart and soul into every item I bake. I take pride in using only the finest ingredients. Whether you're in the mood for a creamy cheesecake, a decadent brownie, or a delicious blondies I have something to satisfy your sweet craving. My commitment to quality and creativity has earned me a loyal following of customers who appreciate the difference a handmade treat can make.
At Ness'Treats, I believe that quality ingredients make all the difference. That's why I use only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients in all of my baked goods.
From mixing the ingredients to decorating the finished product, every step of my baking process is done by hand. I take the time to ensure that every item that leaves my house is of the highest quality.
At Ness'Treats , I offer a wide variety of baked goods, including brownies, blondies, cookies, tray bakes and all occasions cakes. All of my products are made fresh daily and I use only the best ingredients to ensure that every bite is as delicious as the last.

All our products made by us are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. INGREDIETS: All cakes, fillings and icing may contain, or come in contact with, soya, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly, we will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake. All products are to be eaten by the used by date specified on the cake.
2. ORDERS: We prefer at least fourteen (14) days’ notice for all orders. We will however, endeavor, where availability permits accept short notice cakes.
Any products ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo.
3. DEPOSITS: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% is required to hold your date. Where we have delivered what is quoted, but the customer does not accept the finished product, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The customer can choose to pay the remaining and take the product/s, or leave them at no extra cost.
4. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: Where we cancel the booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances that affect the ability to deliver the ordered product, the deposit will be refunded within seven days of notification to the customer.
5. FINAL BALANCE PAYMENTS AND PICKUPS: The balance is due on or before the pickup date. If paying by cash, correct change is appreciated, as we may not have the exact change.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the customer is responsible for ensuring that products get to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality.
6. DELIVERY: We offer delivery to certain destinations. Delivery is charged at our discretion.
Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the cake as per our instructions. If anything happens to the cake after exchange, we are not liable for any damages.
A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back with our premises, and it will be the customer's responsibility to collect the product.
7. POSTPONEMENT: If, for any reason, the event is required to be postponed, please contact us immediately. The new date proposed will be subject to availability.
8. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: If cancellation of the order is required, and you have paid your full balance, the refund policy is as follows:
If the cancelation is up to two (2) weeks in advance of your event date, you will receive a refund, less your initial deposit.
If the cancellation is less than five (5) days prior to your event date, there will be absolutely no refund given.
Refunds will be paid within 2 weeks of cancellation.
